Agen TangKasneT  ~   Louis van Gaal ensured that the world knew his feelings during an astounding press conference on Wednesday.

Speculation over his future at Manchester United has been growing all week after his side slumped to their sixth successive game without a win. 

But Van Gaal produced one of the most entertaining five minutes of United's season off the pitch ahead of the Boxing Day trip to Stoke.

The Dutchman astonishingly walked out of his press conference after an incredible rant, in which he demanded an apology from the media.

Rumours have been swirling that he could be sacked and replaced by former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.

“I think I was already sacked I have read. 

Or have been sacked. Or that my colleague [Jose Mourinho] was here already."

But Van Gaal remained defiant and insisted that his side could be back on top of the Premier League in just a month's time.

He said: “We are not in a good position but four weeks ago we were in first place and in about four weeks we can again be in that position again."

Before walking out, Van Gaal added: “I am focused on Stoke City. I wish you a merry Christmas I wish you a Merry Christmas and also maybe a Happy New Year when I see you.

"Enjoy the wine and a mince pies.”
