failed with a deadline-day bid for Naismith during the summer transfer
window and have told Everton they still want the Scotland international.
Naismith, 29, is open to a move
because he has made just four Premier League starts this season and
Blues boss Roberto Martinez has hinted he may be prepared to let him go
next month.
