PSG in shock £20million move for Everton star Seamus Coleman - but Toffees standing firm

Kampusbet -   PSG in shock £20million move for Everton star Seamus Coleman - but Toffees standing firm

Judi Online -   Paris St Germain have offered Dutch international Gregory Van der Wiel to Everton in a £20million part-exchange deal for Seamus Coleman, write Neil Moxley and Tom Hopkinson in the Sunday People.

The ambitious Paris club are trying to tempt Roberto Martinez to part with another of the Merseysider’s prized assets as the Spaniard fights off yet more unwanted attention.

And they have have offered up a direct replacement for the Irish international in the shape of the former Ajax man. The Toffees have vowed not to sell any of their main men with Chelsea having spent the best part of six weeks pursuing John Stones.

But it is understood that Coleman would be interested in a move to France - although he will not follow Stones’s path and hand in a transfer request.

However, the deal is a way off being concluded as Everton value Van der Wiel at just £5million, while the French outfit believe he is worth twice that.

In an interesting development, Bayern Munich retain more than a watching brief with Pep Guardiola a confirmed admirer of the right-back.

Roberto Martinez convinced Everton to reject a £37million bid for John Stones, because he believes they will get £50million next summer.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has had four bids – £20million, £25million, £30million and £37million – turned down by the Goodison Park club.

And when Stones tried to force through a move by submitting a transfer request last week that too was knocked back.

Agen BetTing Judi Online Terpercaya -   Martinez has stood firm over his belief that the central defender, signed from Barnsley for just £3million two years ago, will add even more value if he stays on Merseyside for one more year.

And he is convinced he will command the same world-record fee for a defender that PSG paid Chelsea for David Luiz 12 months ago.

Mourinho has refused to rule out another offer for Stones this time out and Everton officials wouldn’t be surprised if Chelsea didn’t make one last attempt to prise their target away.

Manchester United retain a strong interest in the 21-year-old as well and should Chelsea find a figure at which Everton would be willing to sell then Louis van Gaal and Ed Woodward will match that offer to give the player a choice between the two sides.

United have not wanted to get dragged into a public pursuit of Stones and have been happy to let the Blues do all the running, but they will move if Everton’s stance softens.

Stones has suffered a backlash from Everton fans furious that he handed in a request to leave their club.

After Wednesday’s League Cup clash with Stones’ old club Barnsley, one fan was heard screaming at the player, “F*** off Stones, you rat. You f****** rat.”

Stones was forced to move out of his home in Widnes, Cheshire and check in to a hotel for his own safety last week.

Barnsley are set for a windfall when Stones does eventually leave after they agreed a 15 per cent sell-on clause when he left Oakwell for Goodison.

Roy Hodgson says England need to "breed" new generation who can handle pressure of expectation

Kampusbet -   Roy Hodgson says England need to "breed" new generation who can handle pressure of expectation

Judi Online -   Roy Hodgson has admitted England must “breed” a new generation of players who are strong enough to handle the pressure.

England boss Hodgson claims the whole squad feels the responsibility of the nation and it hits them hard when they go out of major tournaments.

But Hodgson, in an interview with Sport magazine, admits his biggest job is to bring through a group of players who are mentally strong enough to cope.

Hodgson said: “I would defend the players to the hilt on this. We have had failures, when going out of Euro 2012 on penalties, and in particular at the World Cup.

But I would never believe or listen to anyone telling me it is because the players didn’t want it enough.

“I think freeing people of the stress and pressure of expectation is a very easy thing to talk about, but very hard to actually then achieve.

Agen BetTing Judi Online Terpercaya -  We have to try and make certain, as we go forward with a very young group of England players, that they are capable of accepting this pressure.

Because we can’t change it – we can’t ask the media to treat us more kindly or not ask too much from us. We can’t ask the fans not to want or expect or hope that England might win tournaments.

“That’s a given. It’s always going to be there, so we have to breed players who are mentally strong enough to say: ‘I know this, I understand this, but I trust in myself and my ability, and I believe that my teammates and I are good enough to do it.’

“That is what we are constantly talking about and working on. I get so little time with the players on the field, so a lot of my job is on that leadership front, about man-management.”

Mario Balotelli admits Milan was 'always in his heart' ahead of loan return to San Siro

Kampusbet -  Mario Balotelli admits Milan was 'always in his heart' ahead of loan return to San Siro

Judi Online -   Mario Balotelli admits he has always had AC Milan in his heart - and predicted he would return to the club.

The Italian is on the verge of a loan switch from Liverpool after passing a medical with the Serie A outfit earlier today.

Milan confirmed a deal was close, throwing the striker a lifeline after a disastrous time at Anfield since arriving for £16m just a year ago.

And Balotelli knows just how important the opportunity is - revealing the club will always mean a lot to him.

"Did I think I would return to Milan? Yes, I always had Milan in my heart and I always had hope that I would return one day," he said.

I'm happy to have returned. I have little to say, just that I'm looking forward to train and prove my worth.

Agen Judi BetTing Terpercaya -  "I'm physically well - I just have to train with the squad. I have a lot of motivation but I just have to work and not speak.

"Will I end my career here? I just have to start to work and have a good year, just have to work and that's that."

The deal is expected to see Balotelli return to Liverpool next summer, with the striker under contract until 2018.

Boss Brendan Rodgers remained tight-lipped on Balotelli departing but Anfield icon Jamie Carragher had his say on Monday Night Football, branding the signing a "mistake".

He said: "The quicker he is moved on (the better). They have Benteke and Sturridge coming back. I still can't believe that they signed him. He hasn't worked out and he has to move on.

"He is kidding some coaches if he gets a move to AC Milan."

Everton transfers: Brazil star Bernard targeted after ending Andriy Yarmolenko pursuit

Kampusbet -   Everton transfers: Brazil star Bernard targeted after ending Andriy Yarmolenko pursuit

Judi Online -   Everton want Shakhtar Donetsk's Brazilian playmaker Bernard after ending their pursuit of Andriy Yarmolenko.

Everton feel they have more chance of landing Bernard from Donetsk and boss Roberto Martinez hopes to land him before the transfer window closes on Tuesday week.

The Blues were prepared to pay Yarmolenko's €20million release clause, but have found negotiating with Kiev for the Ukraine winger extremely difficult.

Stoke also gave up on Yarmolenko for similar reasons this summer and Everton have switched their sights to Bernard.

Agen BetTing Terpercaya -  Bernard, 22, is unhappy with life in Ukraine and the Brazil international and has been criticised by Shakhtar boss Mircea Lucescu for having a bad attitude.

Everton also hope to sign Ramiro Funes Mori and the Argentinian centre-half was at Goodison Park this afternoon watching the Blues play Manchester City.

Everton have agreed a £6million fee with Mori's club River Plate and are now applying for a work permit.

Martinez feels Mori has great potential and wants him to provide cover for John Stones and Phil Jagielka.

Leicester new boy Gokhan Inler ready to fight for Premier League survival

Kampusbet -   Leicester new boy Gokhan Inler ready to fight for Premier League survival

Judi Online -   Gokhan Inler is ready to KO Leicester’s rivals after already proving he has the fighting spirit to become a Premier League star.

The Switzerland captain, 31, is set to play on Saturday after arriving for £3million from Napoli.

And he insists he is mentally prepared for English football after regular sparring sessions with Olympic boxing champ pal Patrizio Oliva.

The 56-year-old won gold at light-welterweight at Moscow 1980 before turning pro and has been helping Inler get in tip-top shape.

The Midfielder said: “Patrizio’s a friend of mine. He says to me ‘When you manage to hit me, you will get a lot of money!’ We do a lot of sparring.

“I decided to have a go just for a change. I haven’t managed to hit him yet. I was surprised – he’s very fast.

“Boxing is good for the body, not just fitness but mentally as well. The first time I had a go I put all my energy into it straight away – like I was stupid! I had no control. He just looked at me and said ‘Why do you box like that?’

“He said that I only had to turn my body and that would give me more power. He taught me to go inside the zone and not to give up.

Agen BetTing Terpercaya -  “The Premier League is physical for sure. I like that – but they don’t hit you.

“The referees don’t whistle so much which I like. Every player would do well to think like a boxer.

“It’s a team game but that mentality of being one-on-one like in boxing can be taken on to the pitch to win each battle that you get in. It’s a team game so it is different but everyone can say individually ‘I am stronger than you.’

“In boxing if you let your opponent know you are scared then it’s KO. Boxing helps you mentally and with your physical and mental stability.”

Hardman Inler is a fascinating character who speaks five languages including perfect English.

No wonder boss Claudio Ranieri was so desperate to beat Schalke and West Ham to his signature.

And the East Midlands countryside appears to have been the deal breaker for the ex-Udinese man.

He said: “I have two Yorkshire Terriers and a German Shepherd. I’m looking for a house with a nice, big garden.

“I grew up on a farm and so I love nature. That’s why Leicestershire will suit me.

“I want to live here. I have a passion for walking my dogs.”

Pedro's Chelsea transfer instigated by Jose Mourinho and Cesc Fabregas as Man United haggle for too long

Kampusbet -   Pedro's Chelsea transfer instigated by Jose Mourinho and Cesc Fabregas as Man United haggle for too long

Judi Online -   Cesc Fabregas and Jose Mourinho played a key role in Chelsea’s sensational swoop to hijack Manchester United’s move for £22million Pedro.

The pair are understood to have convinced the 28-year-old Barcelona winger to ditch his plans to move to Old Trafford to join the champions instead.

And the Spain international is expected to seal his transfer to Stamford Bridge within the next 24 hours.

It represents a spectacular fiasco for United who had been in the driving seat for some time.

As the Reds haggled over the deal, however, Chelsea stepped in late to match Barcelona’s asking price.

Mourinho spoke to the player following the Blues’ 3-0 demolition at Manchester City while Fabregas urged his former Nou Camp team-mate to join him in London.

Agen Bola Terbaik -  United have since claimed that they had pulled out of the chase for the player. But they are understood to have been convinced that they had landed their man.

The Reds had established that Pedro was keen to move to Old Trafford and the player even dismissed interest from Manchester City in the hope that the move would be sealed.

But, having flown to Spain to negotiate the deal, United chief executive Ed Woodward dithered while Chelsea proved far more decisive.

Barcelona coach Luis Enrique called for the player’s future to be resolved following ongoing speculation that dominated the summer.

Enrique said: "It's a difficult situation and it's hard (for Pedro) to stay focused," he said. "I want the market to damn well close so that I know who I can count on."

Manchester United target Pedro starts for Barcelona in Super Cup second leg against Athletic Bilbao

Kampusbet -   Manchester United target Pedro starts for Barcelona in Super Cup second leg against Athletic Bilbao

Judi Online -    Pedro has been included in Barcelona's starting line-up for their Super Cup clash with Athletic Bilbao.

The Spaniard continues to be linked with Manchester United, with chief executive Ed Woodward flying out to Catalunya this week.

United hope to tie up a £22m deal for Pedro before the end of the window and have stepped up their pursuit with Chelsea also keen.

Although United boss Louis van Gaal is said to have reservations about Pedro's lack of pace but Woodward is said to be in position to close the deal and meet Pedro's release clause of £21.7m.

But with Neymar still out with illness, Luis Enrique has named Pedro in his starting line-up against Bilbao.

Bandar Bola Terbaik -   Barca were thumped 4-0 in the first-leg of the tie last week and face an almighty task if they are to lift yet more silverware.

However, boss Enrique said: "We know it’s a challenge, but I think we have a team who can do this.

“If we do things well we have every possibility. If we get things right, I am sure we can turn things around."

Barcelona: Bravo, Alves, Pique, Mascherano, Mathieu, Busquets, Iniesta, Rakitic, Pedro, Messi, Suarez.

Vincent Kompany fears Eden Hazard ahead of Manchester City vs Chelsea clash: "I hope he gets diarrhoea"

Kampusbet -   Vincent Kompany fears Eden Hazard ahead of Manchester City vs Chelsea clash: "I hope he gets diarrhoea"

Judi Online -    Vincent Kompany has joked he hopes his Belgium pal Eden Hazard has "diarrhoea" to stop him on Sunday.

Manchester City face Chelsea at the Etihad on Sunday in an early clash of the title favourites and Kompany quipped that only a dose of the trots could knock Hazard off his stride.

"You'd almost hope that Eden Hazard would have diarrhoea," the City skipper joked to Belgium newspaper Het Nieuwsblad.

"Now let's be serious, you can't underestimate the impact he has on Chelsea. You'll expect he would have a dip in his performance level.

"Last week, against Swansea, he maybe didn't play his best first half, but when they were reduced to 10 men, he was the only one who was dangerous. Because he ran past three-four defenders."

Kompany feels it may be pointless for City boss Manuel Pellegrini to work out a plan to stop Hazard because last season's double Footballer of the Year is so talented.

The defensive linchpin feels Hazard can continue to progress and reach the level of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronalo.

"You can have as many tactical plans as you want, if Eden starts running, it's chaos," he said.

"He's at a level where he decides how good his team are. [Lionel] Messi and [Cristiano] Ronaldo are stats animals. If you look at their talent, you can compare Eden to them. But they score a lot.
Unbelievable.

Bandar Bola -   "Could I say he will never reach their scoring levels? I would never bet on that. Eden has made so much progression that last few years that it is possible he reaches their level. It wouldn't even be a bad performance when he ends up just behind Messi and Ronaldo."

Kompany feels he has to prove himself after last season's disappointing campaign, which was his worst in a City shirt.

He returned early to pre-season training and is determined to help City reclaim their Premier League title from Chelsea.

"I didn't like the way we ended our last season and I like a challenge. That was for me a sign: I want to prove that I still can do it.

"I can now understand why defenders say they feel top when they're on the pitch, certainly when you become older.

"That's why I started training earlier this summer. I wanted to be fit. My best years are still to come. Look at John Terry. Four years ago they said he could retire. But last year he was one of the better defenders in the Premier League.

"Chelsea became champions last season, so they're still the best team. It's a nice challenge for us.

"Last season we were the better team twice, but in the end we failed and they got away with the better result.

"If we play a dominant game again, it will be fantastic, but the three points are more important."

Manchester United attempted to sign West Ham youngster Reece Oxford last season

Kampusbet -   Manchester United attempted to sign West Ham youngster Reece Oxford last season

Judi Online -    Manchester United tried to sign West Ham teenager Reece Oxford last season.

Oxford became the second-youngest starter in the Premier League era at Arsenal on Sunday and earned nationwide praise for a performance that belied his inexperience, as West Ham won 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium.

Teenager Oxford was a fixture in West Ham's Under-21s last year and United were one of a number of clubs that tried to lure him away from Upton Park, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Oxford, who revealed he was rejected by Tottenham, instead signed his first professional deal with The Hammers on the Upton Park pitch in January.

It is understood West Ham bought the Edmonton-born defender's family a London property in an attempt to fight off interest from not just United but Arsenal and Liverpool.

Oxford is an Arsenal supporter but is grateful for West Ham's faith in academy products.

Bandar Bola -   "West Ham have been giving the young players who are coming through a chance," he said.

"Last season I was on the bench a few times, so I expected to be around the team again this season, but not starting against Arsenal."

Hammers manager Slaven Bilic said of Oxford's debut: "If Messi was in front of me, I'd be more fazed than Reece.

"People were asking: 'Are you sure he is 16?'

"It was going to be a risk but he has got something. I am very proud of him. He is a part of this new generation."

West Ham academy manager Terry Westley credited Oxford's emergence his 'influence at home', adding his mum was 'very tough and strong with him'.

Memphis Depay insists Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal makes him 'hungry' for success

Kampusbet -   Memphis Depay insists Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal makes him 'hungry' for success

Judi Online -    Memphis Depay says that Louis van Gaal makes him hungry for success at Manchester United.
Depay will don the iconic No.7 shirt at Old Trafford for the opening game against Tottenham Hotspur - but insists that he understands the pressures that will come.

United are hoping to launch a title charge after two seasons away from the top of the table, with Depay fully understanding that fans are expecting success.

In an interview with BT Sport prior to the opening game, he said: "The pressure is big. The people expect trophies and titles which is normal for a big club.

"If you see the history, they expect a lot of things and he (Van Gaal) told me that.

Bandar Bola -  Van Gaal will be celebrating his 64th birthday at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon and the experience of the Dutchman has inspired Depay to keep getting better.

When asked if he likes his strict approach, he said: "I think so, because he is also honest. He expect that you show your qualities on every day.

"He makes you hungry. You want to improve every day on the training ground every day and show him what you have got.

"I think that is good for the young players."

Manchester United transfers: Reds WON'T meet Pedro's Barca release clause — and have yet to bid

Kampusbet -  Manchester United transfers: Reds WON'T meet Pedro's Barca release clause — and have yet to bid

Judi Online -  Manchester United have still to make a formal offer for Pedro... after refusing to meet his buy-out clause.

The Old Trafford club have money to burn after finally completing the £46m sale of Angel Di Maria, but they want to negotiate down on the near £23m Barcelona asking price.

Boss Louis van Gaal has identified the Spain international as his primary target after offloading Premier League flop Di Maria.

But at 28-years-old, Pedro will have little resale value beyond this summer, and the United board are determined to negotiate better value for the forward.

Bandar Bola -  Barca explained on Thursday they don’t want the player to leave, and confirmed there had yet to be a full blown offer, with the Catalan club insisting they will hold out for the release clause contained in Pedro’s contract, which stands at just over 30m euros.

United would have to pay around £23m in total to activate that, but they value him closer to £17m.

United hope they will be able to offer Champions League football to Pedro and will go into Friday morning’s play-off draw where they can face either Club Brugge, Monaco, Lazio, CSKA Moscow or Rapid Vienna.

Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois faces a fight to keep Asmir Begovic on bench warns David James

Kampusbet -  Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois faces a fight to keep Asmir Begovic on bench warns David James

Judi Online -   Thibaut Courtois has been warned his Chelsea place is under serious threat this season.

Former England keeper David James insists Courtois does not measure up to what predecessor Petr Cech achieved when he was at his best at Stamford Bridge.

James even believes new No 2 Asmir Begovic - an £8m signing from Stoke this summer - can take the 23-year-old's place this season, and claims Belgium international Courtois' lack of experience is his biggest weakness.

“Courtois won the league and didn’t concede that many goals, but he didn’t have the sort of season you’d associate with his seasons prior to that when he was at Atletico Madrid,” said James.

“He [Courtois at Atletico] was like Cech, he was a monster. I couldn’t wait for him to come to the Premier League and thought Cech’s record of only conceding 15 goals in a season would be under threat.

"But it didn’t transpire like that.

“His age [is his weakness]. He’s young. Joe Hart gets his Premier League debut and his career goes like that.

Bandar Bola -  “When he wasn’t at his best he was supposedly finished and everyone said City needed a new keeper. There has to be a drop in form at that age.

"Maybe last season was Courtois’ comparative drop.”

But James says unless Courtois rediscovers his best form then Begovic, who played for Bosnia-Herzegovina in last summer's World Cup, will take his place - and has backed him to do just that.

Talking at the launch of BT Sport’s new Premier League coverage, he added: “Asmir is a very, very good goalkeeper. Courtois came with a massive reputation and I was his biggest fan at Atletico.

“Last season maybe it was new to him but he’s going to have to improve this season otherwise Begovic will have an opportunity to really fight for that position.

“I know, historically, [Chelsea manager] Jose Mourinho isn’t frightened to drop key players.

He did with Cech a couple of years ago and told him to buck his ideas up. He did with Iker Casillas at Real Madrid.

"If Asmir gets his chance, he’s good enough.”

Rio Ferdinand says Petr Cech is the best signing of the summer - but Chelsea will still win title

Kampusbet -  Rio Ferdinand says Petr Cech is the best signing of the summer - but Chelsea will still win title

Judi Online -   Rio Ferdinand has hailed Petr Cech as the best signing of pre-season.

The former Manchester United defender thinks the keeper will massively improve Arsenal this season.

Ferdinand said: "Arsenal have made the best signings, I would say that even if they had just signed Petr Cech.

"He is the best signing in the league, he is that important.

"There is a huge responsibility in that position as a goalkeeper. With him in goal they have got a better chance."

Bandar Bola -  But despite praising Cech, Rio still tipped Chelsea to retain the Premier league.

Speaking as he worked as a pundit for BT Sport, he said: "I think Chelsea are the team to beat, they have for a great squad.

"That's why they haven't made huge strides in the transfer market because they don't need to.
"They have got the best players and the most drilled squad.

"They know what their manager wants and they have got Hazard who is that stardust that every team needs. He can turn a game when he is not playing particularly well."
