Agen MaxbeT  ~    A leaked document has revealed the huge buyout clause Real Madrid inserted into Luka Modric's contract when he joined the club from Tottenham. 

Football Leaks obtained a copy of the Croatia international's contract in the Spanish capital, which shows details from his release clause to his weekly salary. 

Modric joined Real in 2012 for a fee in the region of £30million but took a season to fully bed in to life at the Bernabeu.

However, his initial contract clearly shows club bosses were confident he would eventually come good for the club, as they set the buyout clause at a whopping £387million.

Bandar Judi Online MaxbeT  ~   Despite the lofty release clause, Modric's wages in his first few seasons with the club didn't reflect the club's valuation of him.

He was paid just £3.7million in his first season with the club, a figure which rose to £4.4million during the 2013-14 campaign.

Modric's former Tottenham teammate Gareth Bale, contrastingly, earns £15million-per-season, while James Rodriguez, who is yet to cement his place in Real's team despite joining in 2014, also picks up more than Modric did, collecting £6million-per-season.

In August 2014 Modric signed a contract extension with Los Blancos, ensuring a big pay rise and keeping him at the club until 2018.
