Kampusbet - Sergio Ramos transfer: Rafa Benitez "sure" Manchester United target will stay at Real Madrid
Judi Online - Rafa Benitez is "sure" that Sergio Ramos will not be leaving Real Madrid this summer.
Manchester United are keen on the centre-back,
and have made sure the message has been heard in the Spanish capital
that there will be no deal for David De Gea without Ramos heading the
other way.
Madrid have been at pains to knock back suggestions
one of the star players will be leaving the Bernabeu and Benitez has
reiterated the club's stance, report the Manchester Evening News.
Speaking after the 4-1 International Champions Cup (ICC) win over
Manchester City in Melbourne, Benitez told reporters: "Sergio has known
from day one that I want him to stay and I'm sure that he'll stay with
us."
Whether Ramos has any say in his future remains to be seen.
Bandar Bola - The
defender is said to be keen to leave, and prompted more speculation
when he did not appear with his team to collect and lift the ICC trophy
after the win over City.
Madrid-based paper Marca reports that United have urged the 29-year-old to make that desire public to try and force a move.
Benitez was also optimistic of Karim Benzema remaining in the Spanish capital, despite reported interest.
He
added: "People are asking me about different players that maybe we will
buy and I always say the same thing, 'he's not our player, I will not
talk about that'.
"In this case Karim is our player so I will not talk about that. I hope, I'm sure, that he will stay with us."
